.The Salus Gifts website went live in early February 2014 claiming tobe exclusive global distributor of MDM medals and scapulars.Saluswas UK-based and published a London address, another mail droppurchased from Regus, a provider of pretend offices.Salus Gifts assured customers that medals would be available to everycountry from Salus and its unidentified authorized re-sellers. Medals would be sold in lots of 25, 50, 100, and 200. Largerorders are available on request. The site claimed "exclusive" propertyand trademark rights to the terms "Medal of Salvation" and "Seal of43the Living God Scapular." Emails sent to the contact address wererejected: Failure Notice: No such recipient. By mid-February SalusGifts removed all content from its website but for two words: Coming Soon. It never came.By March the site disappeared. Two significant events followed as Martin Roth's role in the vision-making machine intensified. The German Roth - independently of theIrishman Cully ['Joseph Gabriel'] - incorporated companies in theneighboring United Kingdom that mirrored the Ireland companies heshared with Cully. No more Cully. No more Ireland.34To review, there were two Ireland companies co-owned by Cully andRoth to sell MDM merchandise: Trumpet [Coma] for books; Merdel[Salus Gifts] for 'trinkets.' Neither as of December 2014 reported anyincome despite two years' of online book sales and cash sales at'Joseph Gabriel' seminars.Merdel was dissolved with no reportedactivity. On 16 April 2014, a month after the Salus Gifts website disappeared,Roth re-made himself in the UK using a new tax identificationnumber to register as sole owner/director of Unico DistributionLimited, which claimed end-to-end supply chain solutions fordistance sellers an order fulfillment center. The filing papersshow no other directors or officers. While identifying himself as aGerman national, he uses as a personal residential address aLondon location instead of his own Cologne, Germany, address[Berzdorfer Strasse] used on earlier Ireland companyregistrations. That London address Suite A, 6 Honduras Street isshared with at least 10 unrelated businesses. In other words, another'mail drop.'Unico Distribution itself uses a bogus office purchased from Regus at450 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow, London. No desk, no files, nostaff. The company's website photos are generic stock images sharedby other companies.Unico's website appeared in March 2014, amonth after the Salus Gifts website disappeared. It has one client, an Online Christian Gift Shop Salvido.Roth registered the Salvidowebsite domain name on 24 March, two days before incorporatingUnico.Salvido.com would become the 'official' sales site for the MDMtrinkets.44The similarity in the names Salus and Salvido confound ourunderstanding of the business aspects of the MDM enterprise.Thenewer Salvido used the same address at Portland House, Victoria,London, as used by the older Salus Gifts a rented 'mail drop'purchased from Regus.Roth submitted his registration/incorporationpapers by proxy through UHY FDW Company Secretarial in Dublin,.Two members of the firm - Alan Farrelly and Michael Bellew - servedas the original directors of Trumpet Publishing Ltd., serving for oneday on 6 June 2012.Now there are three companies: two in Ireland and one in the UK.Itdoesn't stop there.Adding to the mystery-of-many-companies, eightdays before Roth registered Unico Distribution in Belfast, UK, underhis new tax ID, he registered a second UK company Icon HousePublishing Limited again listing himself as sole owner/director andusing the same address as Unico: Honduras Street, London.Presumably, Icon will replace Trumpet Publishing in Ireland, asUnico [Salvido] will replace Merdel for trinket sales. That would endCully s formal business relationship with the German Roth and visionary Carberry. There is no recorded organizational relationship between any of thenew companies Salus Gifts [disappeared], Salvido [not a registeredbusiness name], Unico, and Icon or the earlier companies of Trumpetand Merdel. With the exception of Trumpet s Coma Books [booksales] and the new Salvido Gifts [medal sales], all 'companies' existonly as exercises in web page design, the likely creations of MaryCarberry s web-designing son
